  • “It’s hard to put into words how big of a role Morgan at Seed has played in my fertility journey. Not only is she an incredible practitioner, but she is also someone I know I can rely on to be one of my biggest supporters! She is kind, thoughtful and full of knowledge. Her space instantly makes you feel calm and at peace. So grateful that this office exists in Encinitas! She had created such a wonderful community and I can’t recommend it enough.”

    –Jessica J.

  • “I’ve struggled with endometriosis pain for 14 years and Dr. Morgan had the most education and support to offer of any doctor I’ve ever seen in that time. She sat and listened with such empathy, and her treatment left me floating on a cloud. Acupuncture is the only thing that’s ever helped my chronic pain and I’m so incredibly grateful for Dr. Morgan’s knowledge specifically around reproductive health as there is such little support in traditional western medicine. As someone who has had nightmareish acupuncture sessions that made me walk out, I 10/10 recommend Seed as a safe, clean, beautiful, and supportive space for acupuncture.”

    –Lex W.

  • “Morgan is the absolute best! She is so knowledgeable and thorough in her approach and entire treatment plan. Her needling is gentle yet so effective and she listens to your concerns with great compassion and care. Morgan is hands down one of my favorite practitioners and I wouldn’t want to be treated by anyone else. Thank you Morgan for taking such great care of me!”

    - Mia V.

  • Dr. Morgan Hartley is one of the smartest women I know. I had been trying to conceive for about a year before I started seeing her. When we had our first meeting we went over everything. I had been to many other doctors and no one else paid this much attention to my symptoms. She helped my body prepare and gave me many recommendations of things to help me conceive. And it worked!

She has such a heart for women going through this tough phase and was with me every step of the way making me feel heard and supported. I can’t recommend her enough! If you’ve been trying to get pregnant and haven’t been successful, Morgan is exactly the person you want to see.

    –Vanessa W.

A major 2024 meta-analysis found that women with PCOS who received acupuncture had 57% higher pregnancy rates and 25% better ovulation rates compared to women who received standard care alone, while also experiencing significant improvements in hormone balance including reduced testosterone and insulin resistance.

A landmark study of 1,851 women found that Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) - including acupuncture and herbal therapy - resulted in a 60% pregnancy rate within four months, nearly doubling the 32% success rate of conventional Western fertility treatments. Women receiving TCM care were 3.5 times more likely to conceive, highlighting the effectiveness of individualized, integrative approaches to fertility care.
